You are not just a number:

Instructors do not have to meet strict schedules (because our sky is uncrowded) so they can provide you with the time in explanation prior to the flight to make sure the training experience is rewarding.

Instructional Cost:

As there are no landing fees at Gingin this cuts down a considerable amount of cost. 

Planes:

Our planes are Piper Warriors they are an extremely well balanced four seat plane ideally suited to training. As you start in a four seater (as opposed to 2) the feel of flying comes to you a lot quicker and the step up to a larger plane is not as great. 

Learning in a CTAF:

Gingin is a Common Traffic Advisory Frequency (CTAF) this means there is no control tower, no tower means no constant interruptions in your lesson with radio calls. You get to concentrate on learning to fly not talking to the tower. 

Club Members:

Club members gladly involve you in club activities even if you can’t fly yet.  

In conclusion you become a better pilot because you have received instruction in a more relaxed environment which promotes learning.
